Metal Parts Manufacturing using Additive Manufacturing principle

Parts can be classified as:

• Prototypes,
• Hybrid built parts,
• Parts for repair or renewal.

Manufacturing process is done using Direct Energy Deposition AM principle/LENS Technology.

Manufacturing Pricing:

• LENS Application Service – 250 EUR/hour
• PBF (Powder Bed Fusion) Application Service – Actual charges provided by BALMAR's subcontractors,
• CAD Design Alteration -180 EUR/hour,
• Powder purchase (Raw Material) - Actual charges plus 5%,
• Final CNC Machining (including CAD-CAM) – 50 EUR/hour.

Costs of packing and shipping are not included into the price list.

VAT is not included into presented prices.

• Customer Specifications Analysis (CSA) - 265 EUR/hour
• Customer Specifications Sheet (CSS) – 190 EUR/hour
• Report Generation – 190 EUR/hour

Consultancy Service on Advanced Manufacturing

• Consulting & awareness building – 265 EUR/hour
• Market research (incl. Current offers & options) – 190 EUR/hour

Inquiry processing:

Due to specifics of the Additive Manufacturing services, we will prepare the most optimal and cost-effective solution according to the presented customers’ requirements in the sent inquiry. In order to process inquiry an advanced payment in the total amount of 500 EUR has to be paid to the Company bank account. This amount is later, in case of order realisation, deducted from the total sum.
